General Overview Before the apocalypse, Cassandra was introverted, creative, and a bit of a dreamer. She wasn’t someone to seek out confrontation, preferring peace and quiet. She could be stubborn, though, especially when it came to her work or her passions. In the wake of the outbreak, she’s had to adapt, and her more resourceful side has come to the forefront.

History

History Pre Zombies Cassandra grew up in Thistledrift, leading what many would describe as a typical, uneventful life. She was the artistic type, often found sketching or creating digital art during her downtime. Before the apocalypse, she lived in a modest apartment in Bristol having moved for university, working as a freelance graphic designer. While she had friends, a close-knit group from her secondary school and university days, she mostly kept to herself. Her parents still lived in the same town, and she kept in touch regularly, but she didn’t think much beyond her day-to-day routine.
History Post Zombies When the outbreak began, Cassandra didn’t immediately realize the scale of what was happening. At first, the chaos seemed like something out of a post-apocalyptic movie or something removed as she was watching it on the news, but it didn’t take long before reality set in. After her phone calls with her parents went unanswered, Cassandra had no choice but to leave the city in search of them. She knew the risks of traveling through dangerous terrain, but the hope of finding her family kept her moving.

She spent weeks on the road, crossing abandoned highways, navigating through abandoned towns, and sleeping in makeshift shelters. She picked up survival skills along the way, slowly becoming more self-sufficient, but the loss of communication with her family weighed heavily on her until she finally got the Thistledrift and found a town in choas trying to organise themselves after an attack from a horde of zombies.

In the chaos that followed, Cassandra took command and thankfully they recongised her as the girl that had grown up among them. Her calm demeanor and quick thinking organised the remaining survivors, directing them to barricade the outer perimeter and ration their supplies to last them longer. While others had been frozen by fear, Cassandra’s survival instincts and leadership ability shone through and she found her parents still alive.
